If one of your goals in the new year is to start becoming more active and taking care of your body, then today's episode of Clean Living is for you. Leslie Parker, the Founder of Mindful Movement Centre in Toronto has created a wonderful Pilates routine for you made up of simple yet effective moves to tone and strengthen your body. 

I love pilates because it is low intensity but provides powerful results. Pilates helps me to build serious core strength and lean muscle mass. Plus, with this workout you don't need any props or equipment so it's easy for anyone to do at home with or without a yoga mat. Leslie also worked in some balancing moves using the stabilizer muscles and if you look at the outtakes at the end of the video you'll see that I had a little trouble with those at first!! (Balancing is NOT my strong point).
